As a Management Assistant Dual Apprentice, you will support the IT directors from the department's management team in the broadest sense of the word. Arranging things and agenda management are very important in this position. You will be supervised by the assistant to the IT director. Naturally, you will have your own duties and be responsible for them.

You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the management team. This includes helping them with:

  • Managing the agenda, scheduling and taking notes of meetings, booking locations, parking and monitoring action items for the managers
  • Drafting correspondence and emails
  • Preparing and administering purchase orders and invoice payments (the Purchase Order system)
  • Entering expense reports, sick reports and vacancies into the various systems
  • Replacing the assistant to the IT director during vacations and days off and assisting in organizing meetings.

You work closely with the Director CEI and his People & Business coach. In addition, you are part of “We Arrange”, a group of assistants in the KPN Technical Digital Office, where we also arrange a mentor for you. This mentor is an experienced assistant to whom you can go with all your questions.

You are currently training as a management assistant/secretary. You are available for at least 10 months and representative. You can also express yourself well in the Dutch and English language, both written and verbal.

 

You are independent, stress resistant and flexible. In addition you have:

 

  • Knowledge of Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of the Office programs Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Sense of humor
  • Healthy dose of relatability.
