Your role as Internship Content Manager (Service Communication)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing all digital service-related communication for KPN's corporate clients. You will closely collaborate with our Customer Journey Managers and our marketing department to ensure that our message aligns with brand guidelines and that communication meets customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will be in constant dialogue with the Service department and process specialists to gather the right knowledge and content.

Your key tasks will include (re)writing knowledge articles, populating and maintaining our digital assistant (leveraging AI intelligently), and creating and enhancing resolution notes and templates for the Service Desk. You will also contribute to new online initiatives and the implementation of various customer surveys to enhance the customer experience through content creation. Managing and writing for our intranet page also falls within your responsibilities. Here, we inform colleagues about new developments, fun updates, and other relevant information that is useful to know.

The team is part of a brand-new department: Customer Centricity. This department has only been established for less than six months, so we are truly building the future together. Within the department, the focus is on being truly digital-first and putting the customer at the center. The department consists of three components: Customer Journey/UX, Content, and Customer Experience. Each component overlaps with the others, and we continuously seek each other out to intelligently leverage each other's talents and experiences. We also prioritize the coexistence of camaraderie and quality. Hard work and hearty laughter go hand in hand with us!

  • A background in marketing or communication studies.
  • Affinity for writing content, preferably with (internship) experience in the field.

  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to think from the customer's perspective.
  • Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks and projects.
