Your role as Senior Audit Manager (IT)

As a Senior Audit Manager within the KPN IT Audit team, you have a wide range of responsibilities. You formulate audit assignments, guide audit teams, and conduct audits yourself, always with a KPN-wide focus and in accordance with quality standards.

You enjoy guiding and coordinating IT Audit teams, making substantial contributions to the content. You also dive deep into IT systems and stay updated on the latest technological developments.

Furthermore, you coach auditors in your team on both personal and professional development. You actively participate in developing audit strategies and drafting the audit annual plan.

Collaboration with other departments within KPN, such as Operational Risk Management, Compliance, and the CISO, comes naturally to you. You engage in cross-departmental activities, including the 'People Development Office' and stakeholder management.

You contribute to KPN's mission by creating sustainable improvements for all business activities through assurance and advisory activities. In summary, as a Senior Audit Manager, you are an essential link in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of KPN's IT-related processes and systems.

You are currently a (senior) audit manager within an internal audit department or accounting firm. You enjoy collaborating and are not afraid of engaging in robust discussions. Completed HBO or WO education supplemented with an IT audit (RE/CISA) qualification.
A vision for coaching colleagues.

Capable of conducting (complex) IT audits. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT audit field.

  • Gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO), depending on your experience, based on 37 hours per week.
  • Option to work up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to increase your gross salary by up to 8.5%.
  • A 10.5% allowance on top of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation pay).
  • a variable bonus of 9 % 
  • Annual individual and collective salary increases in line with our collective labor agreement (CAO).

Additionally, you'll receive €10 per month for internet costs and a home office allowance of €2.15 per day.
  • Excellent pension benefits: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
