We are connecting millions of Dutch people to a sustainable future. Do you want to contribute to that? And do you want a flying start to your career? Then the Young Talent Programme is for you. You can choose from 4 tracks: IT, Data & Analytics, Commerce/Sales and Finance. The programme lasts 3 years. The first year consists of 2 short internships and 2 impactful projects. This allows you to get to know our organisation and our customers well. In the 2nd and 3rd year, you get your first positions. Throughout the programme, your growth is paramount. Experienced colleagues support and guide you. And together with your fellow trainees, you can count on many fun events.
