Making customers happy

How did I end up at KPN? I worked in the hospitality industry, which also includes customer contact in the first place. By listening carefully to the needs, you know what a customer needs. I really enjoyed doing this, because in this case I see people walking out the door happy. Due to corona we also had to close the business, then I actually found out that I really enjoyed being free in the evenings and weekends. So I missed this in the hospitality industry. Then I started looking a bit further and ended up at KPN through an acquaintance who also worked at KPN at the time. I now make customers happy every day, perhaps in a different way than in the hospitality industry because this is of course by telephone. But somehow the customer contact is just as fun, and maybe even more fun because you are now helping many more different people with many different questions. So every day is a different day, and every day a new challenge.
And because KPN is such a large and growing company, so many different people work there, which also makes the atmosphere very nice.
