As the Lead Market & Industry Insights at KPN, you succeed by taking responsibility for continually understanding the movements and trends in the market, using them as input for the transformation agenda of the Business Market and its segments, with a continuous focus on opportunities for digitization. • Distributing and gathering relevant insights regarding market developments within and outside the Business Market to accelerate the adaptation of these developments in the organization.
