For the Activation team, we are seeking an Implementation & Communication Manager. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for all implementations and the communication thereof to the approximately 1000 technicians working in about 60 teams across the country. You will be accountable for the outcome of the intended changes.
Your role as Implementatie- & Communicationmanager
As an Implementation & Communication Manager, you will participate in various (omnichannel) project teams and tollgate meetings to contribute to discussions and decisions regarding the impact of upcoming changes for KPN, customers, and employees. In doing so, you will advocate for the interests of the entire Customer Delivery organization. You will create and maintain the implementation calendar and regularly inform your stakeholders about upcoming changes to prevent surprises. Additionally, you will develop the optimal mix of content and communication tools to ensure that Customer Delivery employees easily understand, adopt, and access changes. This involves leveraging the knowledge and expertise from various disciplines within and outside the team.
