For the Activation team, we are seeking an Implementation & Communication Manager. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for all implementations and the communication thereof to the approximately 1000 technicians working in about 60 teams across the country. You will be accountable for the outcome of the intended changes.

 

 

Your role as Implementatie- & Communicationmanager


As an Implementation & Communication Manager, you will participate in various (omnichannel) project teams and tollgate meetings to contribute to discussions and decisions regarding the impact of upcoming changes for KPN, customers, and employees. In doing so, you will advocate for the interests of the entire Customer Delivery organization. You will create and maintain the implementation calendar and regularly inform your stakeholders about upcoming changes to prevent surprises. Additionally, you will develop the optimal mix of content and communication tools to ensure that Customer Delivery employees easily understand, adopt, and access changes. This involves leveraging the knowledge and expertise from various disciplines within and outside the team.

Customer Delivery is the face of KPN at customers' homes and businesses. We perform services for the consumer market, business market, and wholesale parties. Every day, over 1000 technicians make a difference by assisting customers with product installations and problem-solving. We operate within the Consumer Market organizational unit and enjoy collaborating with other customer channels. Within Customer Delivery, technicians operate from 4 regions.

  • Having experience in executing and guiding implementations, or possessing a clear vision for their execution.
  • Knowing the (innovative) communication tools available within and outside of KPN to ensure successful implementations.
  • Mobility: Your work can span across various nationally distributed organizational units. This includes primarily Amersfoort, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Amsterdam, as well as locations where technicians meet each other across the country. Working from home is also an option.

What will you get from us

 

  • A gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO), depending on your work experience, based on 37 hours per week.
  • Option for flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to receive up to an additional 8.5% of your gross salary.
  • A 10.5% allowance of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation pay).
  • Annual individual and collective salary increases according to our collective labor agreement (CAO).

  • Excellent pension benefits: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
