In this role, you will play an important part in shaping the KPN strategy of 'Customer in Control' and 'digital first'.
Your initial focus will be on conceptualizing the 'billing and reporting' functionalities within the MijnKPN Zakelijk environment. 'Billing and reporting' is a complex domain that involves numerous services and portals. You will become the expert within our team in this area, immersing yourself in the world of 'billing and reporting'. Additionally, you will develop a clear vision and roadmap on how we can best serve our corporate clients online in this regard, translating requirements into UX/UI designs
