At Customer Centricity, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert with a passion for digital. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in creating the best possible digital customer journey for KPN's corporate clients.

 

 

Your role as Customer Journey Expert (digital)

In this role, you will play an important part in shaping the KPN strategy of 'Customer in Control' and 'digital first'.

Your initial focus will be on conceptualizing the 'billing and reporting' functionalities within the MijnKPN Zakelijk environment. 'Billing and reporting' is a complex domain that involves numerous services and portals. You will become the expert within our team in this area, immersing yourself in the world of 'billing and reporting'. Additionally, you will develop a clear vision and roadmap on how we can best serve our corporate clients online in this regard, translating requirements into UX/UI designs

As the Customer Centricity department, we are responsible for the digitalization of our corporate customers at KPN. The essence of this is to enable KPN's corporate customers to navigate through different environments as smoothly as possible. The ultimate goal is to increase customer self-sufficiency while making the internal organization more efficient.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to conveying a digital vision within the stakeholder landscape, along with promoting customer-centric thinking among KPN colleagues.

Someone with knowledge or affinity for billing and reporting (a plus).

What will you get from us

 

  • A gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO), depending on your work experience, based on 37 hours per week.
  • Option for flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to receive up to an additional 8.5% of your gross salary.
  • A 10.5% allowance of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation pay).
  • Annual individual and collective salary increases according to our collective labor agreement (CAO).
  • Excellent opportunities for career growth and education, with a personal training budget of €1,500. In fact, we expect you to continue developing yourself!
  • A good work-life balance (e.g., 2 days at the office, 3 days at home, leave flexibility for religious or cultural holidays).
  • Home office setup workshop to optimize your workspace at home, including a mobile phone and laptop.
  • 50% discount on KPN products and services, such as KPN internet.
  • Reimbursement for commuting expenses: e.g., a bicycle allowance of €0.40 per kilometer, or €0.23 per kilometer, or full reimbursement for second-class public transport. Additionally, you will receive €10 per month for internet expenses and a home office allowance of €2.15 per day.
  • Excellent pension benefits: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
