Your role as Senior Auditor

As a Senior Auditor within the KPN Audit team, you are responsible for conducting audits and advisory assignments. You enjoy:

Independently shaping audits, including detailed planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve objectives.
Ensuring work is performed and documented according to internal and external quality standards.
Proactively engaging with stakeholders, demonstrating assertiveness.
Developing expertise in the subject matter and continuously enhancing skills through training and feedback.

The KPN Audit team consists of enthusiastic colleagues across different age groups. Quality, integrity, ethics, and teamwork are important core values. The team collaborates across various KPN locations in the Netherlands or remotely from home. We have a weekly shared office day at the headquarters in Rotterdam

  • You are an independent and critical thinker.
  • Your communication skills in both Dutch and English are at a high level.
  • You have completed a HBO or WO degree and are pursuing or have completed an RA, RE, or RO qualification.
  • You communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • You are proactive and deliver quality in your work.
  • You can work in a project-oriented manner.
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • You have approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in the audit or risk management field.

  • Gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO), depending on your experience, based on 37 hours per week.
  • Option to work up to 40 hours per week, allowing you to increase your gross salary by up to 8.5%.
  • A 10.5% allowance on top of your gross monthly salary (including 8% vacation pay).
  • Annual individual and collective salary increases in line with our collective labor agreement (CAO).

  • A good work-life balance, such as 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, transition leave, and the ability to swap a public holiday for one of your religious or cultural preference.

  • Commuting allowance for travel to and from work: including a bike allowance of €0.40 per kilometer, or €0.23 per kilometer for car travel, or full reimbursement for second-class public transportation. Additionally, you'll receive €10 per month for internet costs and a home office allowance of €2.15 per day.
  • Excellent pension benefits: a total contribution of 23% of your pensionable salary, with KPN contributing 16% and you contributing 7%.
