You are responsible for defining and driving the AI vision and agenda for KPN Consumer Market. Together with your team, you translate strategy into a clear multi-year roadmap and deliver AI solutions that create measurable commercial and operational impact. You balance vision with execution: setting direction while ensuring things actually get done. You build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead change in how AI is adopted across the organization. You coach a young, ambitious team and create an environment where learning, ownership and impact go hand in hand.
- Define the AI vision, strategy and 3-year roadmap for Consumer Market, ensuring strong buy-in and adoption across the organization and stakeholder landscape.
- Drive successful development and rollout of AI use cases across channels such as Customer Service, Retail and Field Operations
- Lead, coach and develop a team of AI professionals with a strong focus on talent growth
- Build and lead cross-functional collaborations with customer channels, commercial, digital product, IT and architecture teams, and drive the organizational change needed to embed AI into new ways of working and more efficient workflows.
- Ensure governance, compliance and responsible AI usage aligned with KPN standards
Your team consists of around 11 FTE, mainly young professionals with strong machine learning and AI skills. The team has a hands-on mindset, loves to experiment and is driven to make real impact.
